Alumni Supports Sixth Form Students

Yesterday QEHS alumni Katie Banecki came into school to talk to a group of our Sixth Form students. Katie has just graduated in Biomedical Sciences from Oxford. She was one of only a few students from the North of England in her cohort and offered to support Year 13 students applying to Oxbridge, as well as students applying for Biosciences

Year 11 Mock Exam Week

The exam timetable for the upcoming Year 11 Mock Exam Week has now been released; please see the Exam Arrangements page. The Mock Exam Week (the first of two) will take place 4-8 November 2019. Individual timetables will be issued to students next week.

Alistair’s Tube Challenge

During the summer holidays, four of our Year 13 students undertook the Tube Challenge to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service. The Challenge involves visiting all of London’s 270 London Underground stations in one day, and our students managed this epic undertaking in 17 hours, 44 minutes and 18 seconds!
