A group of our Year 12 students are helping to raise money for Tynedale Hospice at Home by creating a distinct retail space in their store for a few weeks. Our Autumn Concert will take place on Monday 11 November 2019, starting at 7pm in the Winter Gardens. The concert will showcase a number of our talented musicians, including Girls Choir, Boys Choir, School Choir, Sixth Form Choir, Hydroholics, Northumbrian Pipes, Flute Ensemble, Jazz Band, Wind Band, String Quartet and Ensemble. QEHS are working together with West Northumberland Food Bank to help combat the growing problem of food poverty. West Northumberland Food Bank are a network of local volunteers and organisations who collect tinned and dried food that has been donated by local people. QEHS Youth Theatre provides opportunities for young people to participate in a prestigious theatre production, giving them the stage to perform their work. This annual event attracts a wide audience of around 700 people from across Hexham and the surrounding area.
