Cory in Y9 took part in the Tier 2 Five Nations Junior Roller Derby National Championship in Edinburgh this weekend, where his team, Newcastle Junior Roller Derby, competed against Orkney Juniors and Southern Allstars Juniors (London). This week we are in the Yorkshire Dales. Students spent the first night in Kettlewell where they enjoyed a sunny evening with a game of rounders. The first weekend of half term saw QEHS Rowers competing at the National Schools Regatta. This competition is held at the iconic venue of Dorney Lake in the shadow of Windsor Castle.
