War Horse Trip

Biology Live! Conference Day 1

24 sixth form biologists travelled down to London to attend the Biology Live! Conference on Thursday. We had a fantastic time exploring the Natural History Museum and Science museums. Highlights include Fern, the diplodocus, the dinosaurs gallery, and the medicine gallery. In the evening some of us explored the sights and took in the London atmosphere.

Health & Social Care

On Friday, our Year 11 Health and Social Care students delivered their Health Promotion Campaigns as part of their ongoing assessment. They worked incredibly hard to plan and create resources, as well as carefully considering their communication skills. Debating Success

ESU Mace The QEHS  team will progress to the second round of the ESU Mace debating competition. Lola S, Adam R and Sophie J debated against the introduction of a four day school week. The team saw off strong competition from Dame Allan’s School and KEVI successfully securing a place in the second round. Congratulations to Lola, Adam and Sophie
