QEHS Rowing Teams

Last weekend, QEHS rowers attended Durham Head, the last of the Long Distance Sculling races of the autumn season. It was a day of very close races, with Seth achieving the only QEHS win of the day in the j18 singles. However, there were a lot of close 2nd places and lots of impressive racing across the board. QEHS Rowing are in a busy run of head races. This week’s race was held at Tees Rowing Club in Stockton. This is a brilliant venue for the spectator with easy access to the river and a modern boathouse to watch the racing from. An early start from Hexham saw 12 QEHS boats racing at this event. QEHS GCSE Results
