Cross Country
Following a successful qualification at the event at Ovingham before Christmas, we took 41 students from QEHS and HMS to represent the Tynedale area at the County Cross Country event at Temple Park on Tuesday. The weather was a lot kinder than last year, although still damp underfoot and fairly chilly – true cross-country weather! There were some outstanding runs,

This February our QEHS Parent, Teacher & Friends are holding a Pop-Up Prom Shop with Tynedale Hospice at Home, selling pre-loved outfits to make prom more affordable, more sustainable, but just as special! Final Ski Update
A cold and frosty final day on the slopes for our groups on Friday. All students were assessed and have progressed in their skiing, whilst hopefully having some fun along the way. We finished the week with a quiz night! One round was fun facts about staff, can you guess whose father was a spitfire pilot? #Respect #Engage #Aspire

Sixth Form Ski Trip – Day 3
Day 3 of the sixth form ski trip has gone really well, with lots more students exploring more of the Italian (and French!) Alps. The snow and weather continue to be amazing, with the evening rounded off with students playing games in the hotel bar. Looking forward to another fantastic day. #Respect #Engage #Aspire
