The U14 girls played in a rugby tournament in very muddy conditions at Dame Allan’s on Monday. Initially a 7s tournament, we ended up playing 9 a side as all teams brought more than enough players, which was great to see.
The girls all played very well and won 8-3 against Ponteland and 5-3 against Dame Allan’s. It was lovely to see some new faces playing as well as the regulars.
