QEHS had a busy Careers Week last week with students engaged in careers quizzes and investigations in various lessons. Our National Careers Week assembly focused on Unifrog with Y9 – Y11: students were encouraged to sign up and begin to build their profile if they hadn’t already.
We were very fortunate to have some great guest speakers who came to school to deliver inspiring talks and offer valuable career advice.
The following careers talks took place:
- Adam Parker – Business and IT
- Joe Boss – Bank of England and Finance
- Sue Reed – Being an author and the publishing/marketing process
- Rob Dunn – Working as barrister (an ex QEHS student)
- Kate Peters – Psychotherapist
