On Tuesday 21 November the school celebrated the remarkable achievements of this year’s Duke of Edinburgh cohort. The group did presentations of their experience that celebrated the nature and heritage of their expedition. Advice ranged from wearing waterproofs to avoiding cows. The overwhelming emotion from the students was pride and joy at what they have achieved and their experience of working as teams. Mr Atkins presented students with their certificates. Well done to all the students and thank you to Ms Dudill, Miss Dolan, Ms Smith and Mr Williams for organising and shepherding the candidates through the award.
