Congratulations to Magnus R who came first place in the 800m Intermediate Boys category at the Inter-Counties Schools Track & Field Championship at Gateshead (after competing the weekend before in the regional round). Magnus has been selected to represent Northumberland at the English Schools T&F championships in Birmingham next month, 800m intermediate boys. Northumberland can only take 24 athletes and you must achieve the English Athletics standard to be eligible for selection.
Well done also to Arthur D, who competed in the 1500m Junior Boy category, Ania S, competing in the 3000m Inter Girls category and Nicolas N, competing in the Shot Putt Junior Boys category who all got excellent results.
