On Friday the 8th, we held our annual Scotty’s Day sports afternoon in remembrance of Chris Scott, QEHS PE teacher, who passed away on March 2nd, three years ago.
Thank you to all staff and students involved, and to everyone who helped out on the day or donated. It was an amazing afternoon of sport and Chris would have been so happy to see so many people taking apart and enjoying themselves, they really did him proud. A special thank you goes to Fire and Dough pizza who donated all their earnings on the day to the Chris Scott fund, a really phenomenal gesture. Thank you!
